Lead research-led product design for ambitious digital services. You will work directly with clients, engineers, and Easelane’s creative leadership to turn uncertain problem spaces into coherent, inclusive interfaces and measurable outcomes.

What you’ll do

01Lead discovery workshops and turn evidence into clear product decisions.
02Create flows, prototypes, visual systems, and production-ready interface specifications.
03Present work with a concise rationale and invite useful critique from clients and peers.
04Partner with engineering through implementation and quality assurance.

What you bring

01Five or more years designing shipped digital products.
02A portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking and strong interaction craft.
03Fluency in Figma, prototyping, accessibility, and responsive product patterns.
04Clear written and spoken English with a collaborative working style.

Useful, not required

01Experience with fintech or health products.
02Comfort facilitating remote workshops.
