Create clarity across client projects by keeping decisions, schedules, risks, and next steps visible. This role is ideal for a thoughtful coordinator who communicates early and enjoys making creative delivery feel calm.

What you’ll do

01Maintain project plans, meeting notes, dependencies, and weekly client updates.
02Coordinate handoffs between design, engineering, and client stakeholders.
03Flag risks early and help owners turn blockers into concrete next steps.
04Improve reusable delivery templates and operational documentation.

What you bring

01Two or more years coordinating digital or creative projects.
02Excellent written communication and close attention to detail.
03Comfort working across several concurrent workstreams.
04A practical understanding of iterative product delivery.

Useful, not required

01Agency experience.
02Experience with Linear, Notion, or similar tools.
